Particularly for personalised items, we strongly suggest ordering online. However, if your computer is having one of those days and you’re at the end of your tether, get in touch with us and we can do everything we can to help.

Care & Safety

Lighting

Remove all packaging. Trim the wick to 3mm before lighting, and keep trimmed while burning. Use on a protected, heat-resistant surface and stop using your candle when 12mm (1/2″) of wax remains.

Burning

Keep wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches or any foreign matter that could be a fire hazard. Burn your candle indoors, away from drafts, other heat sources, and anything flammable. Avoid leaving your candle unattended or moving it while its lit. If your candle starts to smoke, extinguish it, trim the wick, remove the trimmings and relight it. The glass container is fragile and will get hot – handle it with care and don’t use it if it cracks. To minimize wax left on the sides of the jar, burn for up to 3 hours at a time.
